Hard to believe how long its been. I have vanished into the heartland!!! Well I have been a poor correspondent, no phone calls, no emails, no texts. JUST sort of hibernating. Life just seems to have been moving along taking me on its path. Things here are well. I CANNOT believe it but somehow I am the mother of a middle schooler! How did that happen?? A pre teen with attitude. We are all doing well.
We had a wonderful summer trip out west to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone and Mount Rushmore. My little boy who just a few short years ago was a scaredy cat too afraid to even go on a log flume ride without tears and fears is now an adventurerer. Climbing 11,000 feet mountains and embracing challenges and adventures. He wanted to paraglide off that scary mountain and off he went without a fear to be found!! IN fact he LOVED every brief moment of it. NOW he wants to SKYDIVE!!! LOL.
Back to school, football, hecticness and studying. Logan is loving school. His football team is undefeated. He is on a team with really good athletes so he doesn't play as much as last year but he is enjoying his time. He is Number 60.
This is a busy time for us. Have to move. The owners of our house our moving back in. So off to find new digs. UGH. Expensive and exhausting. We will try to look for one place in Des Moines I think. I will commute and sleep at the hospital when on call. Keep you posted.
Well since its been so long I have a TON TON TON of pics and scrap pages. Only I would be upset with the pics. Most of them are straight from the camera without my usual processing-- just no time. So if you don't want to see like 50 pics-- run now. Talk soon. Beth
